TGFβ1869T/C和915G/C基因多态性与高血压遗传相关性的Meta分析

摘要 目的探讨TGFβ1869T/C 和915G/C 基因多态性与高血压遗传相关性。方法检索国内外有关TGFβ1869T/C 和915G/C基因多态性与高血压遗传相关性的研究,而后按照纳入与排除标准选择文献、提取资料后利用 Stata 9.0软件进行 Meta分析。结果 TGF 869 T/C 基因多态性显著性的提高高血压的发病风险,但TGFβ1915G/C 基因多态性与高血压关联无统计学意义。结论在亚洲人群中TGFβ1869T/C基因多态性能够增加患高血压的发病风险,而 TGFβ1915G/C基因多态性与高血压发病无相关。 Objective]To explore the association of TGFβ1 869T/C and 915G/C polymorphisms with hyper-tension.[Methods]The articles about the study on the association of TGFβ1 869T/C and 915G/C polymorphisms with hypertension were retrieved from domestic and abroad database.According to enrollment and exclusion crite-ria,articles were screened and data were collected for Meta-analysis by Stata9.0 software.[Results]TGFβ1 869T/C polymorphism could significantly increase the risk of hypertension,but there was statistical correlation between TGFβ1 915G/C polymorphism and hypertension.[Conclusion]TGFβ1 869T/C polymorphism in Asia population can increase the risk of hypertension,but TGFβ1 915G/C polymorphism is not associated with hypertension.
