摘要
将"5S"用于施工现场的管理,受到了越来越多的关注。结合"5S"标准和施工现场的特点,建立起"5S"执行指标体系,并利用层次分析法、强制确定法和专家咨询法确定各级指标的重要性系数。根据各指标的重要性,通过专家咨询法建立末端指标的评价标准,提出各级指标评价值的计算方法,以此进行"5S"管理绩效的分析,并提出相应的奖惩措施及改进方法。
5S method is introduced to construction site management, which attracted more and more attention. Considering 5S standards and characteristics of construction site, we establishes the indicators system of per-formance on 5S, and determines the importance coefficient about indicators of different levels by AHP, through mandatory determine and expert consultation. Then according to the importance of each indicator, we establi-shes the evaluation criteria of indicators in the last layer by expert consultation, and present calculation method of evaluation value of each indicator. The management performance is analyzed and appropriate incentive methods and improved methods are proposed as well.
