论高职院校教师资格准入制度存在的问题及对策

Problems in Teacher Qualification System of Higher Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures

高等职业教育兼具高等教育和职业教育双重属性,其发展对我国教育事业具有重大意义,而高职教育发展的生命线正在于专业化的师资队伍。当前,高职教师资格准入制度方面存在一些问题,应该尽快建立独立的高职教师资格考试制度和评价体系,细分考试结构,确立兼职教师在高职教师队伍中的地位,以保障高职师资队伍的专业化发展,提高高职办学水平。

Higher vocational education has both higher educational and vocational educational properties .Its development is of great significance for Chinese educational cause .And its lifeline is the professional teaching staff .Currently ,there are some problems in the higher vocational teacher qualification system .T his paper suggests establishing individual qualification systems and evaluation systems for higher vocational teachers as soon as possible ,subdivide the exams structure and establish the position of the part-time teachers in order to guarantee the professional development of the higher vocational teacher group and improve the higher vocational school operation .
