青岛市中职生心理健康状况调查分析及对策研究

Research on Investigation for Psychological Health of Secondary Vocational Students in Qingdao and Countermeasures

近年来中职生的心理健康问题开始引起人们的关注。关于这一年龄段的研究大多关注的是高中生的心理健康状况,而对中职生的心理健康的研究则相对较少。通过对青岛市的中职生心理健康状况调查发现,中职生有自己独特的心理特点,应有针对性地开展专题心理健康教育活动,重点放在提高其自我价值感及加强人际交往能力训练两个方面。

Recently the psychological health problems of the secondary vocational students has caused the attention of people .Most of the research on the age group focuses on the psychological healthe of the students in the senior high schools .And the research for the secondary vocational students is relatively little .According to the psychological health investigation for the secondary voca-tional students in Qingdao ,secondary vocational schools have their ow n unique psychological charac-teristics .T herefore ,the special activities of psychological health education should be developed target-edly .And the activities should be focused on improving the self-value sense and strengthening the in-terpersonal communication training .
