摘要
以信息技术、知识经济和人的跨区域融合为标志的全球化时代的来临,对教育变革和人的发展提出了新的要求,它呼吁教育必须面向全体,面向未来,培养张扬个性、充满活力的新人。为此,未来的教育应当取向个性化的学习时代,让每一个孩子都进入合适的学校,接受因材施教的教育,都获得人尽其才的发展机会,以促进社会更加人性化、生活更加舒适化、环境更加生态化,真正实现让每一个孩子都成为最好的自己的教育目的。
The coming of the era of globalization which is symbolized by information technology , knowledge economy and human interregional integration has put forward new requirements for the ed-ucational reform and the human development .It calls for education to face the w hole and the future and cultivate the individual and energetic youth .T herefore ,in order to create more humanized society , more comfortable life and more ecological enviroment and achieve the educational goals that every child will become the best of themselves ,the education in the future should be oriented to the person-alized learning era w hich will help every child study at the right school ,receive the individualized edu-cation ,and have the opportunities to do their best according to their talents in order to create more hu-manized society ,more comfortable life ,more ecological environment and achieve the aim of letting ev-ery child do his best .
