高校学报与区域文化互动发展的思考——以青岛市为例

Reflection on Interactive Development between University Journals and Regional Culture of Qingdao:Taking Qingdao as an Example

青岛是一个具有丰富的文化内涵和区域文化资源的国际化大都市。目前,青岛市对挖掘历史文化资源的重视程度还不够,研究力量尚为薄弱。基于文化建设和产业发展的现实需要,驻青高校学报应发挥引领学术发展、促进学术交流的职能,通过特色栏目设置、专题策划、笔谈和主动约稿等方式,引导相关的研究人员加强对青岛市区域文化领域的各项研究。

Qingdao is a cosmopolitan city with rich cultural connotation and regional cultural re-sources .At present ,history and culture resource haven＇t been valued in Qingdao ,and the research force is still weak .In order to meet the realistic demands of the cultural construction and the industrial de-velopment ,the local university journals in Qingdao should play the role of guiding academic develop-ment and promoting academic exchange .They should lead the relevant researchers to strengthen the researches on the regional culture in Qingdao by means of characteristical column setup ,monographic plan ,w ritten talk ,active invitations for articles and so on .
