基于流线法的轴流式心室辅助血泵叶片的设计

摘要 设计轴流式血泵叶片,并在三维绘图软件中进行建模,为流体动力学分析(CFD)和实体加工做准备。应用流线法,依据线性修正环量分布规律和翼型加厚规律,合理选择叶片进出口冲角,通过给定血泵流量和扬程,获得绘制翼型叶栅的数据参数,应用绘图软件进行建模。对翼型叶栅工作面和背面曲线点数据进行处理,在UG NX中完成了血泵叶片的建模。与升力法设计相比,应用流线法设计轴流式血泵叶片,减少了凭经验修正产生的误差,减小了叶片的扭曲。 To design the blade of axial flow blood pump,and model in three-dimensional drawing software preparing for computational fluid dynamics( CFD) and processing blood pump entity. By application of stream-line method which mainly includes linear amendment of circulation distribution and the regular of thicken airfoil,choosing import and export attacking angle reasonably,affording the flow and head of blood pump,we obtained the data for drawing the airfoil cascade,established the model by graphic software UG NX. After processing the data of points about face and back of airfoil cascade,we finished the modeling in UG NX. Compared with the lifting method,with the blade of blood pump by stream-line method,the amending errors by experience and the twist of the blade are reduced.
