The paper makes a brief introduction on the models of the network e-business, in which the author analyzes the development and the present situation of the network e-business. Taking Putian University students＇ practice of starting business as an example, the author expounds that the network e-business is an effective way for the university students to start business, probes into the construction of the network e-business models, and some suggestions to improve the level of starting business have been put forward.
