推进江苏沿海产业发展的关键是政策。近年来江苏省出台了一系列政策举措,为推进江苏沿海产业发展提供了有力保障。发展江苏沿海产业的对策包括加大优势特色产业的支持力度,细化产业政策与科技政策,加强区域综合管理,加大资本支撑,倡导海洋科技文化建设,走江海湖联动发展之路。

Policy serves as the key to promote the coastal industrial development in Jiangsu Province. In recent years a series of policies and measures are issued in the Province that provide forcefully guarantee for the promotion of the coastal industrial development. And the countermeasures are included in the more support to characteristic and preponderant indus- tries, the detailed improvement on industrial and scientific policies, the strengthening of regional comprehensive manage- ment, the more capital support, the advocacy to the construction of marine scientific culture, and the road to the interactive development by the linkup of lakes, rivers and oceans.
