中部六省产业结构转型效率竞争力探究

On Competitiveness of the Industrial Structure Transformation Efficiency in Central China

产业结构转型是经济转型重要的组成部分,不同地区产业结构转型由于不同的转型基础、外部环境、政府政策等因素表现出的转型效率竞争力不同。通过对波特的钻石模型进行改进,对中部地区产业结构转型效率竞争力进行初探;通过构建2005—2011年产业结构转型竞争力指标体系,基于主成分分析方法对中部六省转型效率进一步测度,发现六省转型竞争力由大至小依次为:河南、湖北、湖南、山西、江西、安徽,提出"积极抓住中部崛起战略机遇,依托现有基础,提升产业层次,推进工业化和城镇化"等政策建议。

The transformation of industrial structure is a significant part of the economic transformation. Different regions may perform differently due to different external environment,government policies and other factors on the transformation of the industrial structure. By improving Potter’s diamond model,the article makes a preliminary study on the competitiveness of industrial structure transformation efficiency of the central China region. Constructing an index system for competitiveness of transformation industrial structure during 2005-2011,is made a further measurement of six central provinces’ transformation efficiency based on principal component method,and it is found that the six provinces’ transformation competitiveness ranks as follows：Henan,Hubei,Hunan,Shanxi,Jiangxi,Anhui. The article finally concludes that the central region should seize the opportunity of “Rise of Central China”,rely on the existing basis,upgrade the industry level,and promote industrialization and urbanization.
