摘要
为了提高倒车的安全性,出于低成本、高精度、高稳定性的考虑,设计了一种具有语音提示功能的超声波倒车雷达系统。该系统以S T C89C52单片机为核心搭建硬件平台,利用超声波测距原理检测车尾与后方障碍物的距离,使用语音芯片ISD1700实时语音提示,并配有温度测量电路对超声波传播速度进行实时补偿。实验测试结果与分析表明,所设计的超声波倒车雷达系统测距范围在0.2~3.4 m之间能够保证工作稳定、高抗干扰性及较高的精度,测距的平均绝对误差为0.015 m、平均相对误差为1%。
In order to improve the safety of reversing, for reasons of low cost, high accuracy, high stability, the ultrasonic reversing radar system with voice function is designed in this paper. This system, with STC89C52 microcomputer as the core, uses the ultrasonic ranging principle to detect the distance between the back bumper and obstacles, in order to make voice chip ISD1700 real‐time prompt the distance, and uses temperature measurement circuit to compensate ultrasonic propagation velocity. Test results and analysis show that the ultrasonic reversing radar system can guarantee stability, high anti‐interference and high pre‐cision when the distance measuring range is between 0. 2 m to 3. 4 m. The mean absolute error of the ran‐ging is 0. 015 m, and the mean relative error is 1%. This system has certain practical application value.
