在说明汽轮机滑销系统及胀差概念的基础上,针对胀差传感器的安装提出了考虑初始位移量的一种安装方法。经过实践应用,此方法可以提高TSI系统涨差传感器指示精度,为汽轮机的安全运行提供了保证,为汽轮机TSI系统中胀差传感器的安装提供了一定的经验借鉴。

According the installation of differential expansion sensor, the paper presents an installing method with consideration of initial installing displacement base on describing the steam turbine sliding pin system. Through practical application, this method can improve the indication accuracy of differential expansion sensor of TSI system. It provides a guarantee for the safe operation of steam turbine and a certain experien‐cing reference for the installation of the steam turbine of differential expansion sensors in TSI system.
