人工周期准备子宫内膜冻胚移植的影响因素分析

摘要 目的探讨人工周期准备子宫内膜进行冻融胚胎移植(F-ET)的临床影响因素。方法对2012年1月至2013年12月期间采用人工周期准备子宫内膜进行F-ET的351个周期进行回顾性分析。结果年龄≤40岁的患者中子宫内膜厚度为7、8、9、10mm及以上的临床妊娠率和种植率分别是37.14%和26.08%、40.95%和23.85%、50%和31.22%、51.35%和29.39%,流产率分别是30.77%、11.63%、16%及22.81%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄体酮内膜转化日子宫内膜厚度在7mm及以上时,临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率相同。 Objective To explore the influence factors of the artificial cycle of preparing endometrium for frozen-thawed embryo transfer(F-ET).Methods A retrospective analysis of 351 artificial cycles of preparing endometrium for F-ET from January,2012 to December,2013 was conducted.Results As to the different endometrial thickness of being 7mm,8mm,9mm and 10mm and above in patients aged 40 or below,the clinical pregnancy rates were 37.14%,40.95%,50%and 51.35%respectively,the implantation rates were 26.08%,23.85%,31.22% and 29.39% respectively,and the abortion rates were 30.77%,11.63%,16% and 22.81% respectively(P〈0.05).Conclusion No significant differences in exist clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate and abortion rate if endometrial thickness is 7mm and above.
