摘要
对科技期刊数字出版物的现状进行研究,并提出切实可行的策略:包括建立科技期刊数字出版的统一标准,制定科技期刊数字出版物的准入标准,增强作者的知识产权保护意识,选择有效的技术措施对版权进行保护。
In this paper,the present situation of the sci-tech periodicals digital publication was analysed,and the following feasible strategies were put forward. Firstly,bulit the unified standard of the sci-tech periodicals digital publication; secondly,make the access standard of the sci-tech periodicals digital publication; thirdly,improve the writers＇ awareness of intellectual property protection; finally,choose the more effective measures to protect the publication copyright.
