道德应用的路径和方法问题是道德教育最大的问题,价值观的应用又是道德应用中最大的问题。从审美的角度进行公民道德教育是社会主义核心价值观教育的路径之一。公民道德审美教育有其可能性和必要性,缺乏审美性道德建构活动的传统公民道德教育模式、官德形象审美价值缺失、新媒介呈现的芜杂道德局面及"托底"制度的缺失是公民道德审美教育所面临的困境,需要从建构公民道德教育体系、加强"官德之美"建设、完善互联网治理体系及制度设计等各方面入手解决。

The path and method of moral application is the biggest problem of moral education and the value application is the biggest problem of the moral application. Moral education from the angle of aesthetic is the path of the socialist core values education. Though the citizens＇ moral aesthetic education is possible and necessary, it also faces many dilemmas. For example, the model of traditional citizen moral is lack of moral aesthetic construction. The official moral image is lack of aesthetic value. The moral situation is miscellaneous in the context of new media and so on. To solve these problems, it is necessary to construct moral education system, strengthen the construction of ＂official moral beauty＂ and Perfect the internet governance system and system design.
