摘要
在市场经济条件下,高职教材的供、产、销过程构成了一条完整的供应链。我国高职教材供应链的特征是消费主体缺乏选择权、原材料供应商和核心企业可能重叠、供应商为有权发出订单的消费者,目前还存在着运作导向失准、信息沟通不畅、质量把关失控、动态特性呈现不足等问题,必须采取明确运作导向、强化信息沟通、建立质量认证体系、优选供应商、健全激励机制等对策进行改进和优化。
In market economy, the progress of supply, manufacture and sales of higher vocational teaching material has been integrated into a complete supply chain. The traits of the supply chain with Chinese higher vocational teaching materials are the consumer absence of right of choice, the possibility of overlapping roles in material providers and core enterprises, and the suppliers could perform a role of consumer with the rights of ordering. There are also problems associated with inaccurate operational orientation, inadequate communication, lack of quality control, and insufficient presentation of dynamic performance, etc. And there is necessity of taking improving or optimizing steps in clarifying operational orientation, intensifying information communication, establishing of quality certification system, optimizing of suppliers and integrating of motivation mechanism.
