The Redundant Publication in Academic Journals and Its Preventive Measurements

在对当前变相重复发表类文章的概念进行界定和分类的基础上,探讨了这一现象产生的主要原因和预防措施,希望能够减少这一现象的发生。变相重复发表现象出现的主要原因:一是编辑部审稿不严,工作不够细致;二是作者本身的原因,且此为主因。作者基于自身和外部压力的原因,往往作出变相重复发表的行为。故预防这一现象的发生需要从加强作者的写作(或学术)伦理道德修养,加强审编者的责任意识两方面入手。

On the basis of the definition and categorization of disguised redundant publication, discussed the causes and preventive measurements to reduce the phenomenon occurrence. One cause of redundant publication phenomenon is that editorial is not strict and meticulous work is not enough; two is the author itself, and this is the main reason, who usually performs multiple submissions under internal and external pressure. Therefore, the preventive measurements to redundant publication need increasing author＇s awareness of academic ethics and emphasizing journal reviewer＇s consciousness of responsibility.
