摘要
高素质的教师队伍 ,正是高质量教育的基本条件。针对目前我国大力深化教育改革 ,全面推进素质教育 ,提出教师应该改变陈旧观念及落后的教育方法 ,不断充实自己 ,以适应时代的要求。
