摘要
乡镇天气预报是农村公共服务的重要内容之一,是农业生产、农民生活的重要气象保障,对建设社会主义新农村,更好地发挥气象服务的社会和经济效益具有重要作用。对朝阳县各乡镇的地形、植被、水系、地质等条件以及不同季节、不同天气背影及影响系统对天气要素分布的影响进行分析、归纳,总结乡镇天气预报方法,以便更好地提高乡镇天气预报的准确率。
Villages and towns weather forecast is one of the important contents of rural public service.It is also an important meteorological support for agricultural production and farmer′s life.Furthermore ,it plays avital role for building the new socialist countryside ,and better play social and economic benefit from the meteorological services.For this purpose ,this paper summarized villages and towns weather forecast methods based on inducing and analysis the landform,vegetation,water system,geological conditions and different seasons,different weather background as well the influence actors for weather elements distribution to enhance weather forecast accuracy.
