摘要
为符合应用型人才培养模式的要求,对食品工艺学实验课程进行了一系列的改革,并探讨了改革对学生能力培养的效果。
To meet the requirements of applied talent training mode ,a series of reforms in food technology experiment course were carried out.In addition,the effect of the reform on training students′ability was discussed.
