探索大学生思想政治教育实现全员全程育人的新路子——四川工程职业技术学院班级导师制实践观察

The Probe into the New Methods to Fulfill the Overall and Entire Education of the College Students’ Ideological and Political Education

在新形势下，不断探索提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性，是高等学校必须努力实践的重大使命。四川工程职业技术学院于2011年在全院学生班级实施班级导师制，实践表明，班级导师育人、示范、带动作用明显：增强了学生思想政治教育的实效性；初步探索出一条学生思想政治教育实现全员全程育人的新路子。

Under the new situation, it is the important mission for higher colleges to work hm＇d to practice with the constant improvement of the actual effect of ideological and political education. In 2011, Sichuan Engineering and Technical College tan＇led out the class tutor system, and the practice showed that this method has got ohvious func- tions on the aspects of class teacher education, demonstration and leading role, which enhanced the actual effect of ideological and political education to students, and it preliminary explored a new method to fidfill the overall and entire education of the college students＇ ideological and political education.
