摘要
目的分析2013年本院肿瘤科住院患者抗生素的使用情况,探寻抗生素使用的特点,为抗生素专项整治工作提供参考。方法通过医院信息系统收集肿瘤科住院医嘱中所有抗生素的相关信息,包括药品名称、用药总量、抗生素使用强度,以及相关的病原送检率等,按季度计算出用药强度及全年抗生素使用排序并进行分析。结果本科的抗生素的使用率及用药强度随着季度变化均有明显下降,病原送检率随着季度变化有明显的上升。结论经过我院抗生素整治工作的进行,本科对抗生素的使用日趋合理。
