基于多偶极矩模型的电流变液仿真分析及实验研究

摘要 本文基于俘获效应,研究了电流变液在电一力一流一热等多场耦合载荷环境下的运动规律,推导出在多场作用下考虑颗粒旋转效应的电流变液的结构一力耦合方程(即修正的多偶极矩模型),并利用多偶极矩模型对电流变液进行了动力学仿真分析:同时通过可视化实验观察了多场作用下电流变悬浮液结构的变化过程。通过理论仿真和实验分析,验证了修正的多偶极矩模型的可行性和精确性,为对准确诠释电流变效应机理以及电流变液的配方设计有一定意义。 Based on the capture effect, studied the movement law of electrorheological fluids under electric- heat - power - flow - and field coupling load envirnnment, derived the structure and force coupling equation( the correc- tion muhipole moment model ) which considering the effect of particle rotation under multi-field coupling, using the correction muhipole moment model make the three-dimensional simulation of Electrorheologieal fluid dynamics under the multi-field coupling. Observed The evolution process of the structure of electrorheological fluid under muhi-field through the visualization experiment.
