A Game Research on the Stability of Strategic Alliances among Enterprises

企业间的战略联盟实施过程中会存在许多不稳定因素。对于这个问题，许多专家和学者从理论上和实践中做了大量有价值的研究。本文试图通过运用博弈理论中的囚徒困境模型．分析联盟中不稳定因素的产生原因，找出症结所在，为战略联盟的稳定性构建理论基础。最后，提出相关建议，促进企业间战略联盟的成功实践。

There are a few unstable factors to fulfill the alliances of enterprises. And some researchers have studied this problem theoretically and practically. In order to solve the problems this paper used the Prisoner Dilemma Model to analyze the causes of unstable factors and find oul the existing cnwial reasons to build /he theoretical basis of the stability of the strategic alliances. At last, it also made some usefid recommendations for the alliances and enterprises to compromise the strategic alliances successfully in practice.
