摘要
构建大规模风储联合并网运行系统,提高风电的可调度性,成为目前研究重点。以风储联合发电系统为研究对象,给出了系统结构图,建立了储能系统数学模型,在此基础上,考虑调度计划制定了储能系统控制策略,实现了风储联合发电系统跟踪计划出力运行模式,并构建了此运行模式下的评价指标,对风储联合发电系统的功率输出特性进行分析。基于实际风电场数据,对配置不同储能容量以及适应不同调度时间窗时系统的输出特性进行分析,为储能系统容量选取提供参考。
The construction of large-scale wind-energy storage (Wind-ES) hybrid power system,which improves the volatility of wind power,has become the focus of current research.The paper focuses on the Wind-ES Hybrid Power System,gives the system structure diagram,and establishes energy storage system mathematical model.Based on which,the paper designs energy storage system control strategy considering scheduling plan in order to make the Wind-ES hybrid power system tracking program output curve,meanwhile establishes the evaluation index under this operation mode to analyze the power output characteristics of the Wind-ES hybrid power system.According to the actual wind farm data,the paper analyzes the operation characteristics with different energy storage capacity configuration and scheduling window.
