摘要
研究了10 kV/1 MVA统一电能质量控制器的故障响应特性,提出附加旁路晶闸管,通过其续流作用,可有效降低换流阀IGBT的过流值和直流电容的过压值。仿真结果与理论分析均验证了该方法的可行性。
The paper studies the fault response characteristics of 10kV/1MVA unified power quality conditioner (UPQC),and proposes a method of attaching the bypass of the thyristor to effectively reduce the over-current value of IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) and the overpressure value of dc capacitance.The simulation results and theoretical analysis verified the feasibility of the proposed method.
