大跨度预应力混凝土双T板施工中的应用分析

Application of large-span prestressed concrete double-T plate construction

通过栖霞中和大酒店及商业、住宅楼的工程实践,研究并应用了大跨度预应力混凝土双T板施工技术.结合工程实践深入分析了大跨度预应力混凝土双T板施工中存在的问题及技术难点,提出了大跨度预应力混凝土双T板质量检查的主要内容、要求、方法及尺寸偏差,得出了提高大跨度预应力混凝土双T板施工质量应采取的措施,为今后大跨度预应力混凝土双T板(屋面板)施工提供了一定的参考.

In Qixia Zhonghe hotel ＆ commercial, residential building projects, a large-span prestressed concrete double-T plate workmanship has been implemented and applied. By combining with the works of the projects, the paper analyses some problems and technical difficulties which exist in application of the workmanship of the large-span prestressed concrete double-T plate and further, and sets the main contents, requirements, methods and dimentional deviations of the quality inspection of the large-span prestressed concrete double-T plate. In the end, the paper offers the measurements which might improve the working quality while applying the workmanship of large-span prestressed concrete double-T plate. These measurements could be helpful to the works of the large-span prestressed concrete double-T plate （roofing plate） and to the further studies of this subject in future as expected.
