摘要 在大型场馆建设的过程中,较普遍的采用钢梁替代传统混凝土梁的方式.常规施工工艺高空作业较多,施工难度较大.为了解决该项技术难题,结合城阳文体艺术中心文体馆项目,较为深入地分析与优化了钢梁、预埋件与混凝土结构一体化的施工工艺,提炼出钢梁、预埋件与混凝土结构一体化施工技术:即先进行地面螺栓连接,将复杂的高空作业优化为可控的地面操作;然后整体进行钢梁的吊装,同时支设柱及顶板模板,一体化浇筑混凝土.该项工艺节省了工期、提高了质量、综合效益明显,可以为同类工程提供借鉴. In the process of great venue construction, it is common to use steel beams instead of traditional concrete ones, for the normal construction technology of high altitude presents the construction difficulty. In order to solve the technical problems of Chengyang pavilion style art center project, this paper makes a careful analysis and improvement in steel beams, embedded parts and the integration of the concrete structure construction process, refining steel, anchor and construction technology of concrete structure integration: to build up the bolt connection to ground, to turn the complex aerial work into controllable ground operation, to hoist the whole of girder, to hold up the column and roof template, to cast concrete. The process can provide reference for similar prelects in time limit, quality and benefits.
