摘要
结合莱索托MPILO 25000m3蓄水池项目的工程实践,提出了一套超高变截面水池池壁定型模板施工技术.首先根据工程的施工难点,提出解决这些难题的施工路线,制定出合理的施工流程.详细介绍了方案实施的具体细节,以及施工要素和施工中的注意事项.通过莱索托MPILO 25000m3蓄水池项目9.295m高变截面池壁定型模板工艺的应用,克服了施工中出现的一系列难题,总结出一套针对此类型工程模板的施工工艺.实践证明该技术切实可行,可以加快施工进度,节约施工成本,提高施工质量,保护环境,是一套绿色的施工技术.
On the construction of 25 000 ms cistern, a construction technique of ultrahigh, section-variable and shape-fixed formwork's system of reservoir wall is designed. In terms of the difficult points of construction, reasonable construction sequence is made with the specific details to implement construction plan, construction elements as well as careful items under construction. With the application of technique of 9. 295 m high formwork's system, it overcomes series of tough issues occurred under construction, and techniques for such kinds of formwork's system are obtained. It proves to be workable, cost-saving in construction progress, construction quality and forests' ecology protection.
