蒸压轻质砂加气混凝土(AAC)砌块是一种新型高效节能建筑材料,具有轻质高强、保温隔声性好等优点,是住建部鼓励推行的绿色环保节能新型材料之一.针对材料本身特性及影响施工质量的各项因素展开研究,通过对施工流程、砌筑技术的优化,有效避免了裂缝等质量通病的出现,提高了墙体砌筑质量,确保了墙体自保温功能的实现.

Lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete block is a new type of architectural material with high efficiency and energy saving. It is characterized with advantages as lightness, high strength, good heat-preservation, nice sound insulation and such, and it is strongly encouraged and recommended by the Department of Housing Construction in China as one of the new types of materials with the characteristics of environment protecting and energy saving. The study has been made on the characteristics of the material itself, as well as the vari- ous factors affecting the quality of construction; and the optimization of both construction process and the technology of masonry has greatly improved the quality of the wall construction in quality and cracks, as ensures the realization of self-preservation of heat of the wall.
