摘要
以山东大学某学生公寓楼混凝土楼板上预留洞口为例,对可回收式套管施工技术进行概述,介绍了该技术的基本要求和具体做法.机电安装工程中给水管、排水管、消防管道穿越混凝土楼板预留洞口的传统做法为采用可提式钢制套管或者方木盒,施工过程中材料浪费严重,污染环境,人工消耗量过多,造价过高.而该方法采用螺杆、螺母、PVC管、自攻丝、方形竹胶板配合使用,做到了所有材料的周转使用,节约了施工成本,提高了工作效率.根据该工程总结经验,对今后新型套管技术的推广应用提出建议.
Taking the reserved hole on concrete floor in student apartment of Qingdao campus of Shandong University as an example, recycled casing technology is stated in the paper with an introduction of the basic requirement, specific practice, as well as some practical applications. Electrical installation engineering of water supply pipe, drainage pipe, fire fighting pipeline acrossing the concrete floor reserved holes in traditional practices, the square wooden box seriously cause material waste, environment pollution, artificial consumption. In practice, the technology is implemented by the integrated use of screw, nut, PVC tube, selftapping screw and square bamboo plywood, as the result of which all materials are cyclically used with the construction cost effectively saved and the work efficiency notably improved. At the end, according to the experience of the project, reasonable suggestions to the application and dissemination of the new type of casing technology in future are made.
