Stent-assisted coil embolization for anterior communicating artery aneurysms

前交通动脉（anterior communicating artery，ACoA）动脉瘤是最常见的颅内动脉瘤之一。宽颈ACoA动脉瘤的介入治疗仍然具有挑战性。几种颅内支架的相继问世以及多种支架技术的创新和发展，使得支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞逐渐成为治疗宽颈ACoA动脉瘤的首选技术之一。文章就ACoA动脉瘤的几种支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞技术进行了综述。

Anterior communicating artery （AcomA） aneurysm is one of the most common intracranial aneurysms. Interventional treatment of wide-neck AcomA aneurysms remains challenging. With the emergence of several intracranial stents and the innovation and development of a variety of stent technologies, stent- assisted coiling （SAC） embolization has gradually become one of the preferable techniques for the treatment of wide-neck AcomA aneurysms. This article reviews several SAC embolization techniques of AcomA aneurysms.
