摘要
材料-工艺与计算机仿真间形成交互式的工作方式是仿真工作的关键。文章梳理了工业产品材料-工艺计算机仿真中存在的问题,提出了材料-工艺计算机仿真的交互式工作架构,并以汽车钣喷工艺、车漆材质渲染为例,展示了其计算机仿真的交互式工作方法,之后对仿真效果进行评价,得出了材料-工艺进行计算机仿真的交互式原则。
The interactive working mode formed between material-process and computer simulation is the goal of simulation. The paper summarizes the existing problems of industrial products in material- process computer simulation, proposes the working architecture of materials- process interactive computer simulation, on the basis, takes interactive work method of sheet spray process and paint texture rendering of automobiles as an example, makes evaluation on the interactive simulation effect of sheet spray process of automobiles, and obtains the interactive principles that material- process carries on computer simulation.
