肛管直肠环下部分内括约肌离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效观察

Partial Incision of Internal Sphincter beneath Ano-rectal Ring in the Treatment of Chronic Fissure

为探讨肛管直肠环下部分内括约肌离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效，采用此方法治疗陈旧性肛裂300例。结果显示，300冽患者全部治愈。随访1～3年，均无复发，无肛门狭窄、肛门失禁等后遗症发牛。结果表明，肛管直肠环下部分内括约肌离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效可靠。

This study was to investigate clinical effect of partial incision of internal sphincter beneath ano rectal ring in the treatment of chronic fissure.The 300 cases of chronic fissure had received this procedure As results,all the cases were all cured;the follow-up of 1-3 years did not find any recurrent cases,anal ste nosis and incontinence.It is indicated that this procedure for chronic fissure has reliable effect.
