中医综合治疗预防痔术后感染的临床效果

TCM Combined Therapy for Treating and Preventing Infection after Hemorrhoids Surgery：Clinical Effect

为探讨单纯中医综合治疗预防痔术后感染的临床效果，回顾2013年1～8月术后不应用抗生素而是单纯采用中医综合治疗预防感染的痔患者（151例，观察组），以及2012年术后在中医综合治疗基础上加用抗生素治疗预防感染的患者（147例，对照组）资料，对比两组患者术后创口感染情况、患者发热情况、创面愈合时间及总体疗效。结果显示，两组患者术后创口感染、患者发热发生率、创面愈合时间及治愈率比较差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结果表明，单纯中医综合治疗顶防痔术后感染与加用抗生素预防感染疗效相当。由此推断，痔术后可以考虑非常规使用抗生素预防感染。

In order to investigate the clinical treatment ＆ prevention effect of postoperative infection of hemorrhoids patients only with TCM combined therapy, authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 298 cases who included obsevation group（ n =151） being only received TCM combined therapy without using antibiotics in Jan-Aug. of 2013yr. after surgery,and control group（ n = 147） being received TCM combined therapy added antibiotics,compared the whole effect,the time for wound-surface healing,as well as the sta- tus on wound infection and patient＇s fever after surgery. As results, there was no statistical difference be- tween both groups in the incidence of postoperative wound infection and patient＇s fever,the time for wound- surface healing,as well as the curative rate（ P ）0.05）.Results show that alone TCM combined therapy for treating ＆ preventing postoperative infection has the same effect with using antibiotics to prevent from in- fection therefore,it is considered that after hemorrhoids surgery antibiotics to prevent from postoperative infection might be non-routinely used.
