摘要
研究目前公众对公共部门信息服务的关注因素,通过问卷调查的方法,调研公众进行公共部门信息获取时,对公共信息的质量、合法性、版权、获取时间、获取地点、获取成本和来源的关注情况。最终得到结论:我国公众获取公共部门信息时,对信息质量的关注度最高,其次是获取时间和获取成本。用户的受教育程度、所处城市等个人属性,会对公众对信息的关注程度有所影响。我国公共部门在提供信息获取服务时,首先应当考虑到所提供信息的质量,此外应当针对不同地区、不同人群的需求,适当地开展个性化服务,提高信息服务的水平和层次。
This paper studies the behaviors of the public on accepting the public sector's service. Based on a survey, the article researches the attention degrees of people, such as quality, legitimacy, copyright, acquisition time, acquisition location, acquisition costs and information sources of the public information. The conclusion is that, in China, most people pay attention to the information quality when they obtain information from public sectors. The followed concerned factors are cost and time. The education level, the location city, and other personal property, will influence on the degree of people's interest. Public sectors should supply high quality information to people. In addition, they should supply individualized service in different regions, for different people, to improve their information service level.
