摘要
通过对高校移动图书馆的大学生用户进行访谈,借助社会网络分析方法中的凝聚子群分析和中心性分析方法对组成移动图书馆认知结构的构成及其之间的关系进行探索。研究结果发现,用户对移动图书馆的认知结构包含4个方面:1对移动图书馆所提供服务的便携性和效率的认知;2对移动图书馆系统和移动设备易用性的认知;3对移动图书馆界面友好程度的认知;4对资源利用有效性的认知。不同的方面在认知结构中的地位和作用不同,其中用户对系统和设备的易用性的认知处于整个认知结构中的核心地位,直接作用和影响着用户对服务、资源以及界面的相关认知。
Through investigating college mobile library users, this research analyzed the contents of cognitive struc- ture of college mobile library users who are university students and explored the relationship of different parts of cognitive structure with the method of social network analysis which include cohesive subgroup analysis and centrality analysis. From the research result, we could find that the cognitive structure include four parts : ( 1 ) user' s cognition of portability and ef- ficiency of service which mobile libraries offer, (2) user' s cognition of facility of system and mobile devices applied in mobile libraries, ( 3 ) user' s cognition of friendliness of mobile libraries' interface, (4) user' s cognition of availability of resource in mobile libraries. Different parts play different roles in the cognitive structure. Cognition of facility of system and mobile devices is core of the cognitive structure and acts on and effects the user' s cognition of service,resource and inter- face directly.
