Methodology Verification of the Microbial Limit Test for Pain Cream for Injury and Rheumatism

目的建立伤湿解痛膏的微生物限度检查法,并对方法进行验证。方法金黄色葡萄球菌检查和铜绿假单胞菌检查均为薄膜过滤法。结果在3次独立的平行试验中,试验组检出阳性对照菌,阴性对照组未检出,符合验证要求。结论该方法消除了样品的抑菌性,可用于该品种的微生物限度检查。

Objective To provide a method of microbial limit test for pain cream for injury and rheumatism and carry out the verification of the method.Methods Membrane filtration method was used in both S.aureus test and P.aeruginosa test.Results In 3parallel independent experiments,the positive bacteria were detected in the experimental group,but were not detected in the negative control group,which met the requirements of verification.Conclusion The method can eliminate the antimicrobial properties,and it can be used in the microbial limit test for pain cream for injury and rheumatism.
