摘要
目的了解实验动物质量检测实验室在实验小鼠肾匀浆中碱性磷酸酶-1的检测水平,提高各实验室的质量管理能力。方法将比对样品进行随机编号,发放给9个实验室,并要求其在规定时限内反馈结果。依据国家标准GB/T14927.1-2008对碱性磷酸酶-1的检测能力进行评估。结果有9个实验室参加本次比对试验,检测结果为满意的实验室有8个。有1个实验室的检测结果为不满意。结论参加本次比对试验的实验动物质量检测实验室,对实验小鼠肾匀浆中碱性磷酸酶-1的总体检测能力较高,但有1个实验室的检测能力有待提高。
Objective To investigate the determination capacity of alkaline phosphatase 1（Akp1）in the animal monitoring laboratories of China in order to promote quality management of laboratories.Methods Samples with random numbers were sent to 9laboratories,and detection results were fed back within the prescribed time limit.Chinese national standard GB/T14927.1-2008 was adopted to evaluate the detection ability of laboratories for Akp1.Results Totally 8laboratories out of 9enrolled laboratories presented satisfactory experiment results. One laboratory presented unsatisfactory results.Conclusion The whole detection level of laboratories was relatively high for detection of Akp1 in kidney homogenates of laboratory mice. However,one laboratory should improve their detecting level.
