活血通脉片质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Huoxue Tongmai Tablets

目的完善活血通脉片中丹参等11味药材鉴别的研究。方法采用显微特征鉴别药材石菖蒲、赤芍、人参;采用薄层色谱法鉴别赤芍、人参、三七、冰片、丹参、川芎、陈皮、枸杞子、麦冬9味药材。结果石菖蒲、赤芍、人参显微特征鉴别效果好;赤芍、人参、三七、冰片、丹参、川芎、陈皮、枸杞子、麦冬9味药材的薄层色谱鉴别效果好,专属性强,分离度高,且阴性样品无干扰。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,能够对活血通脉片进行定性控制,符合中成药的质量控制要求。

Objective To improve the identification of Huoxue Tongmai Tablets.Methods Microscopy was applied to the identification of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma in Huoxue Tongmai Tablets.In addition,TLC was used to the identification of Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma, Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma,Borneolum Syntheticum,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Lycii Fructus and Ophiopogonis Radix. Results Microscopic identification of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma had an excellent effect,so did the TLC identification of Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma,Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma,Borneolum Syntheticum,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Lycii Fructus and Ophiopogonis Radix had,and a good specificity was achieved.The negative control showed no interference.Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and reproducible.It could be used for quality control of Huoxue Tongmai Tablets.
