“肺主皮毛”理论在银屑病辨证论治中的应用

"肺主皮毛"是肺与皮毛关系的高度概括,二者不仅在生理上相互联系、病理上相互影响,而且在治疗上相互为用。不但肺之病证可从皮毛而治,而且皮毛疾患也可从肺论治,可见"肺主皮毛"理论对于指导银屑病的辨证论治亦有十分重要的意义。银屑病的基本病机为"血热"、"血瘀"、"血燥",但肺脏失调对银屑病的发生发展也有推波助澜的作用。对于银屑病的辨证论治,可在从"血"立论的基础上根据"肺主皮毛"理论与从"肺"论治相结合,从而丰富银屑病的辨证论治方法,拓宽辨治思路。

The basic pathogenesis of psoriasis is ＂blood heat＂, ＂blood stasis＂, and ＂blood dryness＂, and lung disorder also contributes to the development and progression of psoriasis. The syndrome differentiation - based treatment of psoriasis can start from the treatment of the lung based on the treatment of blood that is in accordance with ＂lung governing skin and hair＂, and it will open up new horizons for the syndrome differentiation - based treatment of psoriasis.
