摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立白蔹药材中大黄素的测定方法。方法:采用Wondasil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)溶液,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0m L/min。结果:大黄素进样量在0.005~0.0612mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为0.54。结论:本方法可作为白蔹药材的质量控制方法。
Objective : To establish a method for determining the content of emodin in Radix Ampelopsis by high -performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods: HPLC was conducted on a Wondasil Cla column( 150mm ×4.6mm,5μm)with a mobile phase of methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid (85:15 )at a detection wavelength of 254nm and a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. Results:Emodin showed a good linear relationship between the sample size and peak area in the range of 0. 005 - 0. 0612mg/ml. The average recovery rate was 98. 68%, and the relative standard deviation was 0. 54. Conclusion : The HPLC method can be used for the quality control of the medical mate- rial of Radix Ampelopsis.
