酸性增效剂对三氯羟基二苯醚酊剂灭活病毒效果影响的研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON INFLUENCE OF ACID SYNERGIST ON VIRAL INACTIVATION EFFECT BY TRICLOSAN

摘要 目的研究一种酸性增效剂对三氯生乙醇复方消毒液灭活病毒的增效作用。方法采用悬液定量灭活试验方法,检测了含酸性增效剂的复方三氯生乙醇消毒液对脊髓灰质炎病毒、流感病毒和EV71病毒的灭活效果。结果该酸性增效剂为某有机酸物质,直接加入到浓度为5 g/L三氯生乙醇(体积分数55%)复方消毒液中制备而成。用含20 g/L酸性增效剂的该三氯生乙醇复方消毒液原液作用1 min,对悬液内脊髓灰质炎病毒、EV71病毒和流感病毒灭活对数值均≥4.0;而不加酸性增效剂的该复方消毒液原液作用1 min,对脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭活对数值<1.0。随着加入酸性增效剂剂量的加大,该复方消毒液对脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭活效果也逐渐增强。结论该酸性增效剂对复方三氯生乙醇消毒液灭活3种试验病毒株的效果具有明显增效作用。 Objective To study the synergism influence of an acid synergist on viral inactivation effect of a compound disinfectant with triclosan and alcohol. Methods Suspension viral inactivation test was used to detect the inactivation effect of poliovirus,influenza virus and EV71 virus by the compound disinfectant with triclosan and alcohol added with acid synergist in the laboratory. Results The acid synergist was a kind of organic acid,which was added into the disinfectant with 5g / L triclosan and alcohol( volume fraction was 55%). The average inactivation logarithm value of poliovirus,influenza virus and EV71 virus were all above 4. 00 by the disinfectant with acid synergist for 1 min. And the average inactivation logarithm value of poliovirus by the disinfectant without acid synergist for 1 min was below 1. 0. The inactivation effect increased with the acid synergist dose increasing. Conclusion The acid synergist has obvious synergism effect on the viral inactivation effect of the compound disinfectant with triclosan and alcohol.
