摘要
目的观察邻苯二甲醛(OPA)对噬菌体MS2吸附性的影响,探讨OPA对噬菌体MS2的灭活机理。方法通过透射电镜技术,观察OPA作用后的噬菌体MS2形态和吸附性的情况。结果经500 mg/L和5 000 mg/L的OPA与噬菌体MS2分别作用3 min和0.5 min后,电镜下观察到噬菌体MS2颗粒正常形态大多消失,出现一些形状不规则的颗粒状物质。观察到少数噬菌体颗粒粘附在宿主菌的性菌毛上。结论消毒使用浓度下的OPA灭活噬菌体MS2后,其颗粒形态基本被破坏掉,与宿主菌的吸附能力也基本丧失。
Objective To observe the influence on adsorbability of bateriophage MS2 to the host bacterium Escherichia coli after inactivation of ortho-phthalaldehyde( OPA),and to study the inactivation mechanism of OPA to bateriophage MS2.Methods Transmission electron microscope( TEM) method was used to observe the influence on morphology and adsorbability of bacteriophage MS2 after inactivation of OPA. Results After the inactivation of OPA in 500 mg / L for 3 min and5 000 mg / L for 0. 5 min,most of normal morphology of the bacteriophage MS2 disappeared,and some irregular particles were observed by TEM. There were only a small number of bacteriophage adsorbed on sex pilus by TEM. Conclusion After inactivation of OPA under the two levels,the normal morphology of the bacteriophage MS2 is breakdown and the adsorbability disappears on the whole.
