摘要
目的研究不同清洗刷对污染铜绿假单胞菌的内镜清洗效果,为更有效消毒内镜提供参考。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,对不同清洗刷清洗消毒内镜的效果作出评价。结果不同清洗刷处理后的残余细菌计数结果进行比较总体差异有统计学意义;不同清洗次数的残余细菌计数方差分析结果比较差异有统计学意义。各因素不同水平间的多重比较,清洗刷组的变量间比较结果示尼龙毛刷组和圆盘刷组之间的差异都有统计学意义。结论使用圆盘刷刷洗两次能够最佳地清除模拟内镜管内的铜绿假单胞菌。
Objective To study the cleaning effect of different brushes for endoscopies soiled by Pseudomonas Aeruginosa so as to provide references for better endoscopy reprocessing. Methods The cleaning effects of different brushes were evaluated by collecting the residual bacteria counts. Results Colony count results of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa showed that cleaning brushes and cleaning frequency had significant differences. The wiper brush was better in reducing the residue of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa than that of nylon brush. Cleaning twice or three times could reduce more bacteria than cleaning once. Conclusion Cleaning twice with wiper brush has better effect of removal Pseudomonas Aeruginosa on Teflon tube.
