多翼离心风机叶片出口安装角对吸油烟机性能影响的实验研究 被引量:21

摘要 以某款近吸式吸油烟机为研究对象,实验考察了多翼离心风机叶片出口安装角对吸油烟机气动性能和噪声特性的影响。研究结果表明:叶片出口安装角的变化对吸油烟机性能有较大影响。与原吸油烟机相比,当多翼离心风机叶片出口安装角θ2由170°增加到180°时,在整个工况范围内,吸油烟机气动性能有所下降。当风机转速为1 070r/min时,吸油烟机风量为13.72m3/min,但噪声增加了大约1.1d B(A)。相反地,将多翼离心风机叶片出口安装角由170°减小为160°时,在小流量工况下工作时,吸油烟机气动性能有所改善;而在大流量工况下工作时,吸油烟机气动性能却有所下降。当风机转速为1 070r/min时,吸油烟机风量为13.34m3/min,相应的噪声下降了1.2d B(A)。 A near-suction type range hood is taken as the object of study, the effects of the impeller outlet angle of multi-blade centrifugal fan on the aerodynamic performance and noise characteristics of the range hood are investigated by experimental method. The studied results show that the change of impeller outlet angle has an obvious influence on the performance of range hood. Compared with the original range hood, when the impeller outlet angle is raised from 170° to 180°, aerodynamic performance of range is decreased slightly with the increasing of flow rate. When the rotational speed of impeller is 1070r/min, the maximum flow rate is 13.72m3/min and the noise increases by 1.1dB(A). When the impeller outlet angle is reduced from 170° to 160°, the aerodynamic performance of range hood is improved under the condition of small flow rate while it is opposite under the condition of large flow rate. When the rotational speed of impeller is 1070r/min, maximum flow rate is 13.34m3/min and noise is reduced by 1.2dB(A).
