摘要
在建立机壳有限元模型的基础上,针对分腔不等水压以及整体等水压试验工艺,对机壳在加压和卸载压力后的应力应变情况进行了有限元仿真模拟,并分析了机壳、支撑板、法兰在不同受力状态下的变形情况。结果表明,采用整体等水压试验,效果要好于分腔不等水压试验,且在0.45MPa压力下机壳接头几乎不会发生塑性应变。
To analyze the effect of different hydraulic pressure condition and constant hydraulic pressure condition on casing distortion, a finite element model is established. The stress deformation of casing for loading/unloading has been simulated by finite element method. The stress and displacement of casing, back up pad and flange is discussed. The results show that the stress and deformation of casing under constant hydraulic pressure condition are smaller than that under different hydraulic pressure condition. The plastic strain of casing cannot be occurred under 0.45MPa.
