摘要
针对超低碳马氏体不锈钢X3CrNiMo134在低温工况(-120℃)下的应用进行了焊接工艺评定试验。结果表明:通过相应的热处理及焊接过程,焊缝的平均冲击值AKv(-120℃)达到36J;热影响平均冲击值AKv(-120℃)为42J,可以满足设计条件。
The welding procedure qualification test was performed on super martensitic stainless steel (SMSS) X3CrNiMo134 which is used at-120℃ . The results are show that the average impact value AKv of weld at -120℃ is 36J and the average impact value AKv of heat affected zone (HAZ) at-120℃ is 42J, which is conformed to the requirement of design.
