DL-C型半导体激光用于前列腺外科治疗的实验室评估 被引量:2

摘要 良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH)是泌尿外科常见疾病,多见于老年男性。随着老龄化情况的加重,我国BPH的发生率逐渐增多。近些年,激光技术在泌尿外科腔道手术中的应用逐渐增多。由于激光具有操作精细、组织损伤小、术后恢复快等优点,在BPH的外科治疗中,激光也逐渐被大家认可。本研究中我们采用DL-C型半导体激光机,其产生波长为980nm的激光,恰好处于水和血红蛋白的吸收峰上,使水和血红蛋白对其产生了最大联合吸收率,可有效、迅速地汽化切割腺体组织,同时半导体激光能对更深组织产生凝固效应,具有极佳的组织消融和凝固止血效果。本实验通过动物模型检测DL-C型半导体激光的效能,评估该设备用于临床治疗的潜在有效性、安全性。
