基于民族地区图书馆公共文化服务体系的技能型人才培训机制——以宁夏地区为例

Discussion on the Skilled Personnel Training Mechanism Based on Library's Public Cultural Service System of Minority Ethnic Region——Taking Ningxia Ethnic Regions

从公共文化服务体系的含义入手,参照马斯洛的需求层次理论,提出了读者需求等级理论,根据不同类型图书馆提供的不同服务,指出图书馆员应具备不同的能力,阐述了依据读者需求等级加强图书馆员培训的理论,分析了宁夏地区公共文化服务体系建设中对图书馆员采取的培训举措,提出了依据三大类型图书馆的特点对图书馆员进行培训的建议,探讨了保障技能型人才培训机制的问题。

From the meaning of public cultural services system, and with the reference to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper puts forward the reader needs hierarchy theory, and according to the different services provided by the different types of libraries, points out that the librarians should possess different capabilities, expounds the theory of strengthening the training of librarians based on the reader needs hierarchy, analyzes the measures adopted in the training of librarians in the construction of Ningxia ethnic region’s public cultural services system, and puts forward some suggestions on librarians’ training based on the features of three kinds of libraries, and probes into the problem of how to guarantee skilled personnel’s training mechanism.
